Frequently Asked Questions
How do I enroll?
Enrollment is through your employer. Our program complements your existing pharmacy program and does not replace it. After your employer has signed up for our program, enrollment can be undertaken by a simple call to our customer service center. You can also sign up online or ask your Benefits/HR Team for an enrollment form.
After I've enrolled in your program, what is the order process?
Once your doctor has written you a prescription, you may place an order online or by calling our customer service center. Fax, email or upload your prescription, and our Care team will process and ship your order once we have verified your eligibility for plan benefits with your employer and reviewed your order details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Prescription orders are typically shipped from our contracted pharmacies within one week of order placement once all details are confirmed. Once shipped, your medications will normally arrive within 10-15 working days (refrigerated medication arrives within 4-5 working days). US postal addresses must be USPS deliverable.
How much medication am I able to order at once?
We will ship a maximum of 90 days' supply of each medication per order.
How do I place a refill order?
When we determine that you have a one-month supply of medication remaining, a refill order will be automatically placed for you. You will be contacted by email or phone to confirm that all details are correct. If there are no changes to your order details, your order will be processed and shipped.
How can I be confident about the quality of your medications?
All prescriptions are fulfilled by fully licensed, accredited pharmacies that adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
