Our Story

Three registered physicians founded RxManage, and have extensive experience in international medicine procurement, logistics, and supply. An experienced and registered pharmacist manages the administrative headquarters in Auckland, New Zealand, making us a trusted partner for employers, employees, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

We are known as a reliable, time-efficient, safe, and ethical supplier of internationally sourced prescription medications to:

Medication sources and Tier One countries

RxManage sources medications from dispensing pharmacies in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada. These countries are classed as Tier One countries (designated by the US Congress) for pharmaceutical supply.

Medication in each country must be licensed and registered according to that country’s governing body (the equivalent of the Food and Drug Administration, or FDA). The governing bodies are as follows:

Medication quality

All prescription drugs are certified by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manufacturing plants. Medications are brand-name medications in original sealed manufacturer’s packaging. The company principals have personally inspected the facilities contracted in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada and pride themselves in the stability and safety of their supply.

Ordering from RxManage

Prescription orders must be accompanied by a prescription written by a licensed US physician. All orders are dispensed in a licensed pharmacy by a licensed pharmacist.

Each medication includes information leaflets and is labeled according to the pharmacy legislation of the dispensing country.

Medications are shipped in plain packaging, marked as “Prescription Medicines for Personal Use.”

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) compliance

All information and documentation received by RxManage during the process of account activation and order fulfillment is kept in the strictest confidence and only used to complete the prescription medication order. Each dispensing pharmacy abides by the laws and regulations in their country about the safe and secure storage of health information. HIPAA-compliant encrypted email is used when communicating with Benefit Managers.
