About the Outreach Program
RxManage offers a proactive Outreach Program, identifying plan members on claims data who are already taking a medication available through the program, and reaching out to them directly.

Claims files should be shared with RxManage on a monthly basis

Outreach calls are made weekly for 3 weeks, then monthly

If no claim is identified for 120 days, outreach stops automatically

If a plan member declines, no further calls are made
Three steps to get employees enrolled
Step 1
An introductory email is sent to all employees letting them know the RxManage program is available to them.
Step 2
Postcards
Customized postcards are mailed to all plan members. All printing and mailing costs are covered by RxManage.
Step 3
Outbound calls
RxManage contacts plan members identified as having an eligible medication on the formulary. Scripts are tailored to fit your employee group, while protecting members PHI at the same time.
